Gillian Walton
Gill graduated from The Oxford School of Drama and for the past ten years has been involved in the Television, Theatre and Radio industry . She specialises as a Voiceover Artist and has worked on numerous projects for BBC Audiobooks and in particular on their children's stories. She has credits with Channel Four, MTV and BBC Radio. Gillian is distinguished in her work with young people and has specialist experience with SENCO.
When Gill is available she will be joining as at red banana drama theatre and film school and providing us with her professional and practiced knowledge and experience.
Kerry Boorman
Kerry Boorman has an MA in Contemporary Theatre Practice. She performed with a number of touring theatre companies before specialisng in writing and directing for young peoples theatre, of which she now has over 10 years of experience as a drama practitioner. She has worked regionally, nationally and internationally on a range of projects.
Kerry frequently works with a number of well known theatres including the Birmingham Rep, The Wolverhampton Grand and the Cheltenham Everyman, as well as various theatre companies such as Sixth Sense and Freshwater. She also runs drama clubs for Wychavon Council as well as running red banana drama.
Much of Kerry’s work takes place in schools and theatres, not only developing performance skills but also promoting self esteem, confidence, communication, behavioral management and raising aspirations.
